Ordering Instructions

How to Order
We accept orders via telephone, e-mail or online through this website.

• By telephone: Call us at (408) 739-4253, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Please have the style name and options you want ready.
  
• By e-mail: E-mail us at hatbox@pobox.com with the style name and options you want. Please include your name, mailing address and telephone number. You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail within 2 business days.
  
• Online: Completely fill out the online order form on this website. The order form can be found by clicking the "Order Now!" link on the individual product's page or by scrolling down the page of the individual product you want to order. (The individual product pages can be found by clicking on the thumbnail picture of the product you want.) When you are finished completing the form, click the "Send" button. We will confirm your order via e-mail within 2 business days.

Payment Options
All payments must be made in advance. We will send you an invoice via e-mail. Upon request, we can send you the invoice via U.S. Mail.

• We accept: credit cards (MasterCard/Visa through PayPal only), personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks and online money transfers (through PayPal only).
  
• We do not accept: C.O.D. orders or cash.
  
• Checks: If you choose to pay by check, we will hold the order at least 10 business days before shipping to allow for bank clearance. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.
  
• PayPal: (also known as X.com) offers secure online payment services. Through PayPal, you can make a payment with a MasterCard or Visa, or by online money transfer (electronically sending money from your PayPal account or your bank account). Hatbox is a verified seller with PayPal.

Shipping
A cost for shipping and handling will be added to all orders. We ship via U.S. Priority Mail. The standard cost for shipping and handling per orders within the United States is $6.00. Large or international orders may incur an additional fee for shipping and handling. Please allow 6-8 weeks from date of order for delivery. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee of $35.00.

Tax
California residents, please add all applicable state and local sales tax based on the destination of the order. Tax is applied to both the price of the order and the shipping and handling charges. Hatbox reserves the right to correct tax rates and collect the sales tax as required by law.
