Returns
Unfortunately, we can only accept a return if items arrive damaged or if a shipment was made incorrectly. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is damage or a problem with your order when received, contact us immediately. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and with prior notification. You must insure all items returned to us. We will not assume responsibility for returned items damaged in transit. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after the 14 day period or returns made without prior notification. Notified returns must be received by Hatbox within 10 from the date the notification was received.

Product Variation
Since all items are made entirely by hand, variations will exist. Many of our products are one-of-a-kind. When ordering an item, be aware that due to the rarity of certain fabrics and trims, some items may be different than the picture. We will ensure that the quality and essence of the product are consistent with the one shown if it cannot be identical. Please note that due to the differences with certain internet browsers and computer monitors, the colors shown may appear different than the actual color. We try to show the color as accurately as possible. If you need to match the color of a wedding gown or outfit, please mail us a swatch of the fabric you want to match.

The prices listed are current as of November 1, 2000. We do not expect that prices will need to be changed without notice, but reserve the right to do so if necessary.

Privacy Statement
Hatbox will not give or sell any personal information you provide, such as name, telephone number, mailing address or e-mail address, to any outside company for any use. The information you provide will be kept confidential. Information regarding you or your order will not be disclosed or sold to any outside organization.
